Depending on the type of construction and their form, the livestock facilities are classified into three categories: .the basic stages of arbitrary regulation with Law 4495/2017 are the following:

I. CATEGORY ONE: PROVISIONAL ACCOMMODATION

II. CATEGORY SECOND: Livestock facilities manufactured with a greenhouse skeleton based on approved construction types or livestock facilities manufactured under approved construction of up to 300 sq.m.

III. CATEGORY THREE: LIVESTOCK FACILITIES FOR WHICH A BUILDING PERMIT IS REQUIRED
